Each of our therapists is a student in the advanced stages of psychotherapy training. We carefully select our student therapists from approved UK counselling and psychotherapy courses, choosing only those who demonstrate maturity, expertise and empathy.
Our therapists’ work is closely monitored by a team of fully-qualified supervisors who have themselves worked as therapists for many years.
Appointments are available seven days a week.
Your first appointment with us
At your first appointment you will meet one of our fully-qualified therapists. This is to help determine which one of our carefully selected trainee therapists might be the best counsellor for you. Getting the right match is an important first step.
Not all personal issues are suitable for trainee therapists and, at your first appointment, we will advise you if we feel your needs might be better met with a different type of counselling.
You can read a little about each of our trainee therapists below. Please get in touch if you would like to make a first appointment.
